Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the petitioners had appeared in the Haryana State Accounts Services Examination, result of which has been declared by the respondentsdepartment, but the result of the 12 candidates, the details of whom are mentioned in Annexure P-6, was withheld due to administrative reasons and despite the fact that more than four months have passed, the result of the petitioners has not been declared, which is causing prejudice to the petitioners.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and submits that in case the result of the petitioners has not been declared due to the administrative reasons even as of now, an appropriate order will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order and in case after passing the order with details as to whether, the RIYA 2023.11.29 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
