RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to regularize his services w.e.f 01.04.2011 i.e the date when the services of his junior was regularized.

In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 23.09.2019 (P-7) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall hand over copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the legal notice dated 23.09.2019 (P-7), within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. CWP No. 532-2020 opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which, respondent No. 3, shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
