CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Fateh Saini, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Dimple Jain, AAG, Haryana.
*** This is second petition for regular bail filed by petitioner Rinku Ram, an accused in F.I.R. No.338 dated 10.8.2018 during the pendency of the trial. As per copy of order dated 19.8.2019 passed in CRM-M-27340 of 2019 on first petition for regular bail filed by the present petitioner since State counsel had made statement that every effort would be made to expedite the trial, counsel for the petitioner had not pressed the petition for regular bail at that stage. The trial is statedly at the fag end. The guilt of the accused shall be determined during the trial.
There is no ground to allow the present petition, therefore, the same stands dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of copy of receipt of this order in that Court.
