(ORAL) Challenge is to the order dated 21st of October, 2024 whereby the application filed by the respondents under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to examine handwriting expert for comparison of thumb impression of Boota Ram has been allowed.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the impugned order is modified to the extent that handwriting expert allowed to be examined by the Trial Court vide impugned order shall compare the alleged thumbimpression only with the admitted or proved thumb-impressions of Boota Ram.
