This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuing directions to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana Rural, District Ludhiana to consider and decide the representation dated 26.10.2023 (Annexure P-4). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the limited prayer in the present petition is for issuing a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 26.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) and take necessary action expeditiously.
