(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.364 dated 10.08.2018 registered under Sections 186, 323, 332, 353 and 506 IPC at Police Station Model Town, Rewari, Tehsil and District Rewari (Haryana).

On instructions from ASI Vijay Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
