In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Since the matter has apparently arisen out of some matrimonial discord, therefore, the Trial Court is directed to make a sincere effort to probe the possibility of some amicable settlement amongst the parties. If deemed appropriate, the parties may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center at Faridabad.
