1.

Challenging the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by both the Courts below, the plaintiff has come up in the regular second appeal. 2.

The appellant has filed a suit for grant of decree of declaration that she is entitled to get appointment on the compassionate basis on account of the death of her father late Sh.Om Parkash who died in harness on 19.07.2006.

Both the Courts below have found that she was not dependent on the deceased. It has come in evidence that the marriage of the appellant took place prior to the suit filed by her on 30.10.2014. Hence, even on the date of filing of the suit, the appellant was not dependent upon her father. Moreover, the compassionate appointment is not another source of recruitment. These appointments are offered on the basis of the policy decision taken by the competent authorities.
