The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 254 dated 13.10.2023 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Division No. 5, Ludhiana along with all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by keeping all his arguments open prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
