(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 29.05.2024 (Annexure P-9), passed by respondent No.1. A further prayer has been made seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to sanction the partition of the land in question in accordance with the order of the amended partition dated 22.07.2014 (Annexure P-6).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas raised in the present petition before the Assistant Collector.
