PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer is for issuance of directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation made by the petitioner. 2.
The precise grievance of the petitioner is that his neighbour i.e. respondent No.4 is raising construction which has posed imminent danger to the property and thus putting life of the inhabitants of the house of the petitioner in danger.

Ld. Addl. Public Prosecutor has filed status report by way of affidavit of Dalbir Singh, CPS, Dy. Superintendent of Police, SDPO/South Sub Division, Chandigarh on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 today in Court. The same is taken on record.

As per the same it is evident that the petitioner has already filed civil suit seeking permanent and mandatory injunction against respondent No.4 wherein Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh is also a party and same is now fixed for 2nd of April, 2024.

In view of above, this Court does not find that there is any reason to pass further order as the petitioner has alternate remedies and one of which he has already availed. Resultantly, the present petition is disposed off.

Needless to say anything observed hereinabove shall not be construed to be an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail alternate remedies in accordance with law.
