CM-2773-C-2023 IN/AND RSA-7607-2018 (O&M) At the outset, learned senior counsel for appellant states that during pendency of proceedings, matter has been settled between the parties and a compromise dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure C-1) has been placed on record by way of CM-2772-C-2023, in this regard. He seeks disposal of main appeal, accordingly. Disposed of in terms of aforesaid compromise. Parties to remain bound by terms of the compromise ibid. Decree sheet is also modified accordingly.

Pending application(s), including application for condonation of delay, shall also stand disposed of.
