The petitioner has come before this Court against the non compliance of the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by this Court. 2.

It is submitted that the directions issued by the Court have not been complied with. The State was bound to protect the life and liberty of its citizen and was directed to look in to the matter and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. However, there is no specific grievance raised by the petitioner in this Contempt Petition.

In view of the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition is wholly misconceived, and the same is dismissed accordingly. 4.

All the pending applications in this Writ Petition stand disposed of accordingly.
