However, at that time, they were in live-in relationship and now since petitioner No.1 has attained the age of majority and have got married on 21.09.2023, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated at Bar that he shall withdraw the earlier petition bearing CRWP-10362-2023 and this present petition be disposed of with direction to respondent-authority to look into the matter. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Police Station Meharban, Ludhiana to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
