The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.12.2024 passed in CWP-326192024. 2.
In compliance of order dated 03.12.2024, speaking order dated 01.04.2025 was already passed deciding the representation as per the directions of this Court vide order dated 03.12.2024, which is placed on record as Annexure P-2 with the present contempt petition. 3.
Despite the fact that speaking order dated 01.04.2025 in compliance of order dated 03.12.2024 has already been passed, which is attached with the present contempt petition instead of challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred the present contempt petition. 4.
On 17.04.2026, Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:- "At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that reply, in the form of an affidavit of Gyana Ranjan Samantaray, Registrar Incharge, National Institute of MOHD AYUB 2026.05.27 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
COCP-4897-2025 (O&M) -2Technology, Kurukshetra, has already been filed, in compliance of order dated 20.01.2026.
While making reference to the said affidavit and the order passed, copy whereof is Annexure R-1, a query was put by the Court to the counsel, as to whether any further communication has been made to the audit department, to raise the objection, with regard to observations made by this court on 20.01.2026 and as to what steps have been further taken by the concerned officials, who were impleaded as respondents, in the writ petition i.e. CWP32619-2024. Upon this, counsel for the respondents seeks an adjournment, to verify about the same and also to ensure about having requisite communication, with the audit department, in view of the objection raised by them, with regard to release of gratuity to the petitioner. Needful be done within a period of three weeks. Adjourned to 18.05.2026.

In compliance of order dated 03.12.2024, affidavit of Dr. Vinod Kumar, Registrar Incharge, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra dated 16.05.2026 along with Annexure R-6 is filed. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of affidavit dated 16.05.2026 and speaking order dated 01.04.2025 shows that order dated 03.12.2024 passed in CWP-326192024 has already been complied with. 7.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. 8.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
