Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to call him for interview for the post of PGT English under S.C category. On 07.12.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner participated for the post of PGT English under SC category, pursuant to advertisement No. 4/2015. The petitioner cleared the written examination and was called for scrutiny of documents, vide notice dated 15.11.2016. However, petitoiner was not able to reach on the prescribed date, as she was having four month baby girl. Now the last candidate who has been called for interview under SC category secured 78 marks, as per notice dated 04.12.2018 (Annexure P-5).

CWP No. 31119-2018 documents of the petitioner and the petitioner shall be provisionally interviewed and her result be kept in a sealed cover. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Secretary/Reader of this Court."
Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 58 marks in written examination and 10 marks in viva voice (total 68 marks) and and the last candidate has secured 100 marks under SC category, as per final result dated 23.12.2018. In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed, as the petitioner has secured less marks than the last candidate. The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
