***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Prayer herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 to 6 for executing the demolition of illegal shop constructed on the land of Municipal Council, Kharar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, he has moved representation dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) but the same has not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date.
