**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 64 dated 9.5.2018, registered under Sections 328, 342, 34 IPC, Police Station Payal, District Khanna. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2019, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 4.1.2020 and she has been granted interim bail. Copy of the order dated 4.1.2020 has been produced.
Learned State counsel has not disputed this fact. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 17.12.2019 is made absolute.
