The present petition under Section 528 BNSS, has been preferred by the petitioner/complainant, vide which he has prayed for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to conduct fair investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the instance of petitioner, criminal proceedings vide FIR No.90 dated 12.08.2025 were registered against the private respondents for commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 304, 324, 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala (Annexure P-1). As of now, learned counsel limits his prayer to direct the official respondents to decide his representation dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 4.

In view of submissions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) within a period of three weeks from today in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
