SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS,2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.368 dated 08.03.2017 under Section 174-A IPC registered at P.S City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar. This Court vide order dated 12.11.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 12.11.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 12.11.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 10.02.2025 manoj
