The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 29.04.2019, Annexure P-2, passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.195, dated 17.06.2018, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana Rural, Annexurfe P-1.

Learned counsel contends that in the aforesaid FIR, this Court vide order dated 08.01.2020 in CRM-M-53804-2019 i.e. during the pendency of the present petition, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner which was made absolute vide order dated 17.01.2022, on account of which the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
