**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in this appeal is for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant in case FIR No.46 dated 08.02.2025 under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 117(2) of BNS and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court, appellant has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Satish, submits that the appellant has joined investigation in terms of order dated 22.09.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 22.09.2025 is made absolute.
