Petition herein is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 31.05.2023 (Annexure P-13) passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak; order dated 24.11.2021 (Annexure P-11) passed by the learned District Revenue Officer-cum-Collector, Rohtak; and order dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Rohtak.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
