The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) whereby passport of the petitioner has been impounded. 2.

The petitioner admittedly has filed statutory appeal against impugned order dated 12.11.2021. As per petitioner, the appeal has been sent through registered post on 17.7.2023.
