"Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of any appropriate, writ, order or direction especially in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for extending them the benefit of judgment of Hon'ble High in case of "Saurabh Sharma and others Vs State of Punjab and others, CWP 15896 of 2023" decided on 13.09.2024 (ΑΝNEXURE/P95) and followed in many other similar matters including "CWP No. 22995 of 2024, Imran Hussain and others Vs State of Punjab and others" (ANNEXURE/P96), decided on 14.10.2024, which principal judgement has been further affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide

judgement/order dated 10.12.2024 (ANNEXURE/P98), and further upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 20.01.2025 passed in "SLP (C) No. 1158/2025" (ANNEXURE/P99) and reaffirmed vide order dated 20.03.2025 passed in "Review Petition No. 400 of 2025" (ANNEXURE/P910), and consequently, grant them the benefit of regular pay scale of Rs. 10300934800+4200 G.P., as stipulated in the statutory Rules, "Punjab State Elementary Education (Teaching Cadre) Group C Service Rules, 2018" dated 21.05.2018, as amended from time to time and also consider their claim for grant of full pay scale with all allowances to them during the period of their probation, especially in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the case "CWP No. 8922 of 2017, Gurwinder Singh and others Versus State of Punjab and others" decided on 13.09.

2018 as well as "CWP No. 6391 of 2016, Dr. Vishvdeep Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others" decided on 26.10.2018 read with orders passed in bunch of writ petitions including lead case of "CWP No. 17064 of 2017, Ajay Kumar Singla and others Vs. State of Punjab and others" decided on 16.02.2023 and release all the due consequential benefits, as per their entitlement from the due date till the date of actual ben9 efits, along with interest on its delayed payment at the rate of 12% per annum from the due date of their entitlement till the date of actual payments in their favour".
