RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Sukhvir, in case FIR No. 530 dated 20.08.2017 registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 148, 149, 307, 323 and 427 IPC (Sections 341, 506 and 120B IPC deleted during investigation by the police) at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal.

On instruction from SI Sharvan, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.01.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
