(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Gurpreet Kaur alias Simran Khurana - in case FIR No.0128 dated 29.07.2019 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Roopnagar, Tehsil and District Roopnagar.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Gurpreet Kaur alias Simran Khurana - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 17.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
