(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the reply filed by the State, whereby, the cancellation report has been submitted and therefore, the relief prayed in the present petition does not survive and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous. He further submits that the cancellation report has been accepted by the Court below.
