**** AMIT RAWAL , J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 18.04.2018 (Annexure P-8) passed by the lower Appellate Court, whereby the miscellaneous appeal preferred by the defendants against order of the trial Court allowing ad interim application, has been allowed, in essence, injunction granted by the trial Court, has been vacated. Learned counsel for the parties informed that the suit is slated for plaintiff's evidence.

Without commenting upon the merit and demerit of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the suit preferably

CR-2921-2018 (O&M) within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
