Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. However, he prays that the appeal which has been pending before the Appellate Authority be decided in a time bound manner. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within a period of six months. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
