(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioner from un-necessary harassment and humiliation caused to him by calling him to various police/Government Departments without issuance any notice.

Heard.

The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case, petitioner is required for any interrogation by the police, one week's prior notice shall be issued to him under Section 160 Cr.P.C.
