(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 06.06.2023.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits he has no objection, in case, the present revision petition is disposed of, as such.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
