Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari, inter-alia, for quashing of the impugned order dated 18.07.2019 (P-7) passed by respondent no.1.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy, as per law.
