(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 to 5 to protect her life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 6 and 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No. 6 and 7 have been threatening the petitioner not to proceed with the execution proceedings and to withdraw the execution application. He further submits that she has moved a representation dated 9.12.2019 Annexure P-4 (colly) to respondent No. 3 for redressal of her grievance but no action has been taken on the same.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib to look into the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-4 (colly) and decide the same, in accordance GURPREET SINGH 2019.12.13 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
