**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 120 dated 2.9.2017, registered under Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 16.12.2019 the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
