(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the petitioner's life and liberty at the hands of private respondent, as also to take action against him. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the official respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 30.08.2025, Annexure P-3 in a specified period.
