(ORAL) CRM Nos.41234 & 41235 of 2021 Mr. Naveen Sharma, Advocate, has joined the proceedings on behalf of the complainant in this case and has forwarded his power of attorney to the Court through e-mail and the same has been placed on the file. However, learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners seeks permission to withdraw both the instant applications and he also submits that he intends to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.50492 of 2018. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant have no objection for the same.

Accordingly, both these applications stand dismissed for having been withdrawn and the afore-mentioned main petition is also taken on the Board today itself.

CRM- M No.50492 of 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage while submitting that the petitioners would be SEEMA SHARMA 2022.01.07 11:38 I attest to the accuracy of this order

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
