(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.32 dated 01.05.2018 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Kheri Gandain, District Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that on account of filing of cancellation report by the investigating agency in Court, this petition has rendered infructuous. It is altogether a different matter, if the same is not accepted.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
