**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 3 and 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members who are alleged to be facing danger at the hands of accused mentioned in FIR No. 201 dated 18.4.2018 (Annexure P5). I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and do not find any merit in the present petition.
As per the facts of the present case, the petitioner was the Power of Attorney of Ramesh Ishwar Dass Chadha. He was appointed as Power of Attorney vide documents dated 11.1.2012 and 13.1.2012. As per the facts of the case, respondent No. 5 was also having the power of attorney dated 12.11.2017 of a dead person, namely, Ishwar Dass Chadda. It is a case in which the petitioner had moved an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. which was allowed by the trial Court vide order dated 10.4.2018 and the directions were issued for registration of an FIR against GURPREET SINGH 2020.01.07 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh the accused persons. As per letter dated 16.5.2018 (Annexure P-7), Director
CRM-M No. 53713 of 2019 -2General, State Vigilance Bureau, Haryana also considered the application of the petitioner and directions were issued to take necessary action against the accused. A criminal case bearing FIR No. 250 dated 9.5.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station City Bahadurgarh was registered against the petitioner in which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar. I have also gone through the order dated 22.1.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-2828-2019, in which the grievance of the petitioner was that though the FIR had been registered against the accused persons yet the police was not taking any action. This Court had directed the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.10.
2018 and to take appropriate action. Keeping in view the fact that there is an FIR and a cross version between the parties and the DSP has also interfered in the matter and moreover, the civil suit pending between the parties has already been decided in favour of the petitioner, no cause of action has arisen warranting interference by this Court.
The petition is dismissed.
