(oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.197 dated 28.10.2023 registered under Sections 376 and 354 of IPC and Section 3 of POCSO Act at Police Station Boha, District Mansa.

Learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 23.02.2024. The same is taken on record. As per this report, only Khushdeep Singh who was found to be juvenile in conflict with law, has been been challaned in this case and challan report has been presented only against him before the Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Mansa and now the case is fixed for framing of charges for 12.03.2024. As per this report, the remaining persons named in the FIR, have not been found to be involved in the occurrence In view of the averments as made in the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
