Petitioner (Lalit Kumar) has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.611 dated 03.08.2023, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar City, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the instant petition is rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested in this case.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
