  The instant petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.23 dated 14.02.2024 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908 at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, after completion of the investigation, the challan has already been filed and the charges have also been framed against the accused persons. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so as to move an appropriate application before the competent Court, if so advised. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
