**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) issued by respondent No.2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. The same was the situation on 16.12.2022 and 23.05.2022. It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that during the pendency of the present petition, in an online transfer policy, the petitioner has again been transferred at Sonipat. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
