(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of criminal complaint bearing COMA No.2346 of 2020 instituted on 01.12.2020 alongwith order of summoning dated 14.12.2021 and notice of accusation dated 23.09.2024 and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent points out that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main complaint itself bearing COMA No.2346 of 2020 was settled and has since then been withdrawn vide order dated 05.12.2025 passed by Presiding Officer, Special Pre Lok Adalat-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambala.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructous.
