No ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 07.11.2013 (Annexure P-3) is made out and the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to appear and surrender before the trial Court concerned within a period of 15 days from today at 10:00 A.M. and may file bail application before the concerned Court. Upon him doing so, the same be considered and decided by the trial Court concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of 03 days.
