       Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Assistant Collector, IInd Grade, Aleva, District Jind is directed to make earnest endeavour to decide the partition case in pursuance of remand order dated 14.05.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner, Hisar Division, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the parties before him, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 4.1 The parties are directed to appear either personally or through their respective counsel(s) before the learned Assistant Collector, IInd Grade, Aleva, District Jind on 08.04.2025. 5.
