PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Short reply by way of affidavit of Ajay Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sri Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 to 4, which is taken on record. As per which the authorities have initiated Kalandra under Section 107 and 150 Cr.P.C. against the private respondents.

However, counsel for the petitioner records his unsatisfaction. 3.

In the considered opinion of this Court, it can't be said to be a case wherein the authorities have not proceeded. They have proceeded and have taken appropriate action to protect life and liberty of the petitioner. So far as the allegations of the petitioner against the respondents qua illegal mining are concerned, presently the same are pending before the Trial Court and shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.

In view of above, this Court finds that no further order is required to be passed.
