**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 216 dated 2.7.2019 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 302, 303, 506, 452, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2019 and neither any role nor any injury has been attributed to her. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to old enmity and being mother of Mohit son of Nasib, who is one of the accused in the present FIR. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmukh, submits that five accused have been arrested and the rest are still at large. The petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2019. She has not been attributed any role or injury. The trial will take time to conclude.
