1. Keeping in view the judgment passed in Kasturi Lal Saggar Vs. DAV College of Education and Others; CWP-1227-2001 (O&M), decided on 20.09.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he may be allowed to pursue the matter before the Education Tribunal.

2. Accordingly, if an appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the Education Tribunal, same shall be heard expeditiously, preferably within a period of 1.5 years.
