AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.129 dated 30.05.2025 registered against him, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at P.S Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala, has filed the present petition for grant of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since been granted default bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 02.12.2025, therefore he wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
